consistent menu this year at the elementary school level, called ROCK ON CAFE.

You can charge student meals online
The Owego Apalachin Central School District allows parents to put money in student accounts using Mastercard and Visa. Parents fill out the order form on a secure web site (see link below). As in the past, parents can also put money on a child's account by mailing a check or sending cash to school with students. We believe this online service is more convenient for many parents and their children, and it's faster to pre-purchase food services for your child.
Please note:
Beginning September 2, 2008, there is a change to online payment. In order to use the online prepayment service, a small convenience fee for the transaction will be assessed to cover bank fees. The fee is 3.5 percent of the total dollar amount deposited, plus a 30-cent transaction fee.
To offset the cost of this fee, the OA food service department will provide one free meal for your child for every $25 you put on their account. For example if you put $25 on your elementary school child's account, you will be charged $1.18, but in return
you will receive one free meal valued at $2.05.

You can still pay for student meal accounts with a check
In order to purchase food services without a MasterCard or Visa you may:
