FEMA Begins Process to Fund OA Rebuild

"Terrific location, it's on the same campus, it's right at the heart of the community, a lot of kids can walk to school, it's right next to our high school and middle school," said Russell.

If replacing the building at the current site seems unsafe, the school district can apply for relocation. But it must demonstrate to FEMA that the plan is reasonable and cost-effective.
