Embark.com Home Page: College, Scholarships, Careers, etc. -This award-winning site offers a powerful college search tool, useful links, advice and guidance from an expert college panel. 

fastWEB! -A personalized profile search and a mailbox to access scholarships based upon individual skills and abilities can be done here. 

FinAid: The Financial Aid Information Page -This is a super comprehensive site on financial aid developed by the people who know! 

Peterson's Education & Career Center -This is a classic source for colleges and universities, testing and assessment, financial aid, etc. now online. 

Princeton Review -Search the college databases, provides information about the SAT, the PSAT, and ACT exams, examine financial aid, and peruse links to others.

Careers 2000-2001 Occupational Outlook Handbook -This classic resource provides job descriptions for tomorrow's world of work.

This entails the use of the + sign indicating that the response must have this word or phrase, the - sign indicating that this word or phrase must be taken out or subtracted, and the use of quotation marks " " indicating that a phrase or multiple of words is being used. For example, to search for soccer teams in Europe but not Finland, you would use the following terms: +"soccer teams" +Europe -Finland Note that you skip a space before the + or - sign but not after either sign.
