Parents/ Guardians wishing to register their children for high school with Owego Free Academy can click on the links below for a printer-friendly version of the registration forms.
Registration forms can be dropped off at OFA Guidance from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday through Thursday during the summer and Monday through Friday during the school year.
Please note that parents will need to also provide two items that prove residency (examples: NYSEG bill, cable bill, lease agreement), student's birth certificate, and any custody papers in place (if applicable).
Note: All forms located in this first section must be filled out and returned to the Guidance Office.
