OA Update:

The OA Board of Education will hold their next regular meeting on Monday, November 29, 2021 at 6:30pm.

The BOE has decided to re-open in-person attendance for those who are interested and able to follow all health and safety guidelines. Virtual participation will continue to be available via Zoom Webinar for those who would prefer not to attend in-person or those who are unable to follow health protocols that are in place.

In-person Attendance

  • All attendees will sign in. 

  • Those who intend to speak during public comment should indicate so on the sign in sheet and include the topic in which they plan to speak on. 

  • Face masks are required at all times while inside.

Public Comment Guidelines

During the public comment portion of the meeting, those registered (either in-person or via Zoom)will be called upon based on the sign-in sheet and Zoom Registration. Members of the public waiting in Zoom will be brought into the Meeting Live to speak, with both audio and video. Those in person will be asked to step up to the front of the room to address the Board. 

The public comment period is reserved for members of the public to present comments to the Board of Education and/or Superintendent. Speakers should limit comments to no more than (2) minutes in duration and are given (1) opportunity to address the Board. The Board of Education will not allow comments involving individual district students or personnel. Persons wishing to discuss these matters shall present their concerns to the correct district personnel (Teacher, Principal, District Administrator, or Superintendent) by using Let’s Talk! The meeting will be streamed on the district’s YouTube Channel for viewing only.
