On Wednesday, February 27th, Connor Kinney, OFA senior lacrosse player, signed his National Letter of Intent to play Division II lacrosse at the College of Saint Rose in Albany.  Connor is currently ranked 15th in the senior class with a 96 GPA, he is a member of National Honor Society, a student tutor and volunteers with youth lacrosse.  During his time at OFA, Connor has been a member of the Varsity soccer and lacrosse teams, earning a 2nd team all-division award last lacrosse season.
Coach Andy Race, OFA Boys Lacrosse, had this to say about Connor:
"It has been a pleasure to coach Connor throughout his career. Describing him as a hard worker is an understatement. He is the kind of kid that you can always count on in and out of season, to be there and give 100% no matter what. His dedication to the sport and the team are unparalleled and it shows when the lights come on and Connor steps on the field. He has been a staple of our offense for 3 years now and many of our other players look up to him and strive to compete at his level.  He has had an amazing career for us as an Indian, and as a coach I’m both proud, and excited to watch Connor succeed in his career at St. Rose."
Connor will attend the College of Saint Rose in Albany to major in Business Administration and play lacrosse for the Golden Knights.
