2023-2024 After-School Program Registration Information
OA After School Enrichment Program
The Owego Apalachin Central School District is once again happy to offer our FREE After School Program for students in Grades PreK-5th Grade for the 2023-2024 school year.
The program will begin on the first day of school, Thursday, September 7, 2023, and run each school day from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm at OES and AES. Students MUST attend the after-school program at the Elementary School they attend. Parents should commit to a set schedule for the after-school program and limit daily changes; in lieu of an emergency.
Registration will open on August 14th and close on August 28th for bus routing and transportation planning. Registration will be open every Thursday of the school year from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm starting August 31st.
Transportation home will be available for those who request it. The bus will leave the school at approximately 5:00 pm. Bus times will fluctuate depending on ridership. Parents NEED to be home to get students off the bus.

Tioga County Boys and Girls Club - OACSD After School Program
The Owego Apalachin Central School District will be partnering again with the Tioga County Boys and Girls Club to offer a variety of extra-curricular and enrichment activities hosted at the Boys and Girls Club of Tioga County for OA students in Grades 3 through 8.
Registration includes a FREE TCBGC membership and access to the Club and all of its programs year-round.
** Program begins the first day of school, Thursday, September 7th, 2023. The program will run Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on days when school is in session. 1/2 day sessions and when school is closed or released early, programming will need to be coordinated directly with the Club.
If the school district is transporting your child home, the bus will leave the Club around 5:15 pm.
