As we move into the 2026–2027 school year, the Owego Apalachin Central School District has updated its Digital Device Acceptable Use Agreement.
All parents/guardians are asked to review and complete the agreement for each student in their household who is issued or uses a district digital device. This would include all students in Grades K-12.
The agreement can be accessed through the district’s Arbiter landing page. Once on the page, locate the 2026-2027 Digital Device Acceptable Use Agreement form and complete a separate agreement for each student.
