The Owego Apalachin Central School District Food Service Program is pleased to announce that all district schools will participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) meal certification option, available to schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs for the 2025-2026 school year.
Beginning the first day of school (September 3, 2025), EVERY STUDENT ENROLLED IN THE DISTRICT will receive one free breakfast and one free lunch each school day, regardless of household income or completion of any forms. However, families are strongly encouraged to complete and submit the Free and Reduced-Price application as this form is used to determine eligibility benefits for State and federal funding/programs. It also could qualify some students for additional services, such as discounted or free college courses and college applications at the high school level.
You can find all forms and additional information about OACSD Food Services on our website in the documents section here: https://www.oacsd.org/documents/departments/food-services/16870937.
Students can purchase additional items. Families can add funds to their “EZSchoolPay” account by cash or check in any dollar amount with the Food Service Staff (please make checks payable to Owego Apalachin Central School District) or by using the EZSchoolPay website or App. *The website/app does charge a service fee for credit card payments.
Breakfast and Lunch menus can be found on our website (https://www.oacsd.org/) and mobile app under the Dining or Food and Nutrition sections. Sample screenshots of these are attached.
