What's it like to be Principal for a Day? Well, Alana Shaw, excuse me, Miss Shaw, a 4th-grader in Mrs. McEvoy's class at OES, got the chance. Her 5-paragraph essay about the three changes she would make as Principal and the examples/evidence as to why her changes would be a good change was picked by Mr. Schofield. Alana was able to enact her changes for her classmates on her big day as Principal today. Miss Shaw's changes included ice cream for everyone because not everyone has money on their account, free time if we worked hard on our work, and movie time.
