The Owego Elementary School Green Team recently received a shipment of seedlings from NYC DEC as part of their school program. The students took some time to plant them around the campus. We look forward to watching them grow and bloom. #OACommunity #OAPride #OATradition

In 2022, the New York State Legislature agreed to fully fund Foundation Aid for schools. Foundation Aid is discretionary monies (funds that can be used for anything) and the largest single state-aid category for schools. This past May, the district received its final increase making the Owego Apalachin CSD fully funded. New York State has asked districts to solicit input regarding where school communities feel increased funding should be used. Please review the areas we have invested in and select those you agree with. There is space to add new ideas too. Thank you for your time and input.

OA Update: There will be NO after-school activities today, Wednesday, June 7, 2023, with the only exception being the elementary school after-school program at both OES and AES. These programs will keep all students inside until they are picked up or bussed home.
OES UPDATE: The Owego Elementary School 4th-Grade concert, scheduled for this evening, Wednesday, June 7th, is postponed until next Wednesday, June 14th.
