Upload a current image of the physical to the Arbiter (FamilyID) sports registration form or bring a copy to the Nurse's office. Physicals expire 12 months after the date of the health exam. ** Health Updates are a NY state mandate and are a different form than the sports physical. These are mandatory for each season and are not subject to a waiver. This form is included in your Arbiter (FamilyID) registration. ** Student-athletes can only participate on the first day of practice if ALL required documents are reviewed and signed and all health forms are current. This week we had the opportunity to participate in a joint event with the New York State Department of Labor and Binghamton University. While our students participated in career exploration using virtual reality headsets.
