On 2/12/25 OFA juniors visited SUNY Broome's Mechatronics and Health Science Programs to explore two pathways offered during their senior year on the SUNY Broome Campus. Students in the program will have the full college experience -taking courses on campus, navigating a college schedule, and still having support at OFA. Students will follow the college schedule (August start) and take the necessary graduation requirements on the days at OFA. Busing and meal vouchers will be provided. Spots are limited. To Be Cleared To Play:
1) Complete the Arbiter Registration (Previously FamilyID) Form, which includes health information reviewed by the nurse's office before each season, and mandatory policies and agreements.
2) Provide a Current Physical. Upload a current image of the physical to the Arbiter (FamilyID) sports registration form or bring a copy to the Nurse's office. Physicals expire 12 months after the date of the health exam.
** Health Updates are a NY state mandate and are a different form than the sports physical. These are mandatory for each season and are not subject to a waiver. This form is included in your Arbiter (FamilyID) registration.
** Student-athletes can only participate on the first day of practice if ALL required documents are reviewed and signed and all health forms are current.
