Tioga County Public Health is holding a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at the Tioga Center High School on Saturday, February 5th from 9:00am-3:00pm.
Pre-registration is highly recommended for children ages 5-11 by calling or emailing Jill Reese at 607-687-8002 or jreese@tiogacentral.org. No appointments required for anyone 12 and older.
This clinic is for:
- 1st Dose Pfizer Vaccinations for ages 5-11
- Pfizer boosters for 12+
- Pfizer and Moderna boosters for 18+
There will also be Flu Shots available at this clinic!

As you may or may not be aware, there has been a great deal of activity surrounding a court ruling by a judge in Nassau County, NY about the NYS mask mandate. We’ve been working throughout the day to make sense of what is currently being discussed and how it affects the Owego Apalachin Central School District. This evening at around 4:45pm, a state Appellate court judge granted the motion to stay, placing the statewide mask mandate back into effect. There will be another hearing in court regarding this issue on Friday, January 28th.
