Congratulations to Hanna Whetsell from Apalachin Elementary School. Hanna was one of the area students who won the "I Voted" Sticker Contest held by the Tioga County Board of Elections. Hanna and the other winners were all presented with an award by both commissioners of the Board of Elections and the Tioga County Legislative Chair, Martha Sauerbrey. The winning stickers are being printed to be handed out to voters at the General Election in November.
